When it comes to the very finest venison, there’s only one place to truly call home. From the Scottish island of Jura - ‘Island of Deer’ in Old Norse - our family business proudly & sustainably produces some of the finest venison products available.
All of our products are frozen so we can avoid using preservatives, and added ingredients are organic. Everything we sell is gluten-free.
